Adult Population Health Survey

Wakefield Council, the local NHS and partners need your help. We want to understand more about the health and wellbeing of everyone living in the Wakefield district so we can provide the best services for everyone.

We’re doing this by running a health and wellbeing survey called the Adult Health Population Survey. We are working with BMG Research to carry out the survey.  It is open to all Wakefield residents, over the age of 18 years old. It asks about residents’ health, mental health, and the things they do and experience in daily life.

The survey is completed anonymously and once returned to BMG Research, your data will be kept confidential and secure.

BMG Research will report the findings for the whole district back to Wakefield Council. The Council will not be able to identify any individuals from the report they receive.
