As a mentor you will be able to offer experience-based advice to another member of the Wakefield Health & Social Care Partnership, whether a member of staff, worker or volunteer.  Our ambition is to provide support and share knowledge across our system to nurture our talent, build meaningful relationships and enhance the experience for our workforce and our service users.

As a mentee you will be looking for a mentor who can offer robust advice on a number of subject areas, such as: career development, professional insight, time management or general advice in your area of experience.
