We would like to invite you to our virtual Wakefield District Equality Delivery System event on Thursday 16 March from 10am to 12noon.

This online event will be hosted by local NHS organisations – the Integrated Care Board at Wakefield District and the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. The topics of discussion will include the work of our Primary Care Networks (groups of GP practices) around health inequalities and cancer services provided by the local hospital.

We want to make sure that that our services meet the needs of all our local communities.

At our Equality Delivery System event we want to tell you what we have done to support our patients and the public and get your feedback and views on local health services.

We would like you to grade us on our approaches, this will help make sure our services are more accessible and meet the needs of local groups and our communities.

This is an online event because we recognise that some of the groups that we work with may be more vulnerable to the impacts of Covid-19, we acknowledge that this format is not accessible to all but hope you are still able to be involved.
